Create consistent, uniform slices with the Vollrath Medium Duty Meat Slicer. This electric slicer is compact, reliable and easy to use. The strong structure is made of anodized aluminum with a non-stick coating to reduce drag and help make the slicer easier to clean.

Designed to slice a variety of meat products, the slicer cuts 1/2" thick slices and has a cutting capacity of 8-3/8" x 6-7/8". It has a hand guard for increased safety to protect the operator's hands. The carriage can be removed for effortless cleaning while the easy-to-carry handle makes this slicer transportable.

The 25° gravity feed guarantees an easy operator and prevents operator fatigue. This compact design saves space to fit on a variety of countertops.
