Integrate accurate portion control with the San Jamar 11 lb Round Professional Digital Scale. Simple to use, the digital scale has a two-button operation. One button changes the readout from grams to ounces while the other lets the operator turn ON/OFF the unit or activates the TARE feature. The tare feature zero's the scale so it will only measure the ingredients and not the bowl or plate.

It has an automatic shut-off to preserve power. The platform is removable for simple and efficient cleaning. NSF certified.
