the mugs are excellent. however I had a problem with a second order of mugs. I placed an order and wasn't emailed and my credit card wasn't charged. so a week later I ordered another as I didn't think it went through for some reason. then they both showed up the same day. one of the mugs was broken but they looked and felt great. the mugs I "ordered" first were fine, although, I have big hands and my hand couldn't fit in the handle. the Tony C. guy seemed Condescending although he probably has to deal with a lot of real jerks on the daily so I get that. I had 15$ deducted from my return for return shipping. Which doesn't seem fair but I suffer from anxiety and couldn't bring myself to fight it. Good product, bad service, bad shipping.
