The ideal torch for professional cooks. The Iwatani CB-TC-PRO2 Professional Culinary Torch can be used to melt, crips or harden toppings (or even the main dish). It is an absolute must to perfect your Crème Brulee. 

Made with super high heat, this torch can heat up to 2700°F and features adjustable flame control, adjustable air and gas intake and a push-and-twist fuel attachment for optimal control and simple use.

The adjustable flame control has multiple actions: concentrated (when rotated clockwise) for a wider and softer flame while the concentrated and pointed flame (when rotated counterclockwise) provides maximum heat.

It includes a stabilizing stand that attaches to the butane canister for a stable and safe operation and includes an anti-flare feature. 

Does not include butane canister. Burning Time is for reference only and must not be used continuously for over 5 minutes.
