The EFI X-Line CSDR2-60VCX 60" Double Door Refrigerated Salad/Sandwich Prep Table features a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a round corner design on the inner bottom board for easier cleaning. It includes a polyethylene cutting board and a self-closing swing door with a 90° stay-open feature for convenience. The recessed handles provide a streamlined look, while the removable gasket is easy to clean and replace. The adjustable and removable plastic-coated wire shelves offer flexible storage, and the enclosed condiment section keeps supplies organized.

Equipped with an R290 refrigeration system, the unit maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) for optimal food preservation.
