The Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra 3 Electric Convection Steamer (counter-type convection steamer with electric generator) is built for commercial kitchens. The Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra 3 is a counter-type pressureless convection steamer with a rear-mounted 8 kW electric steam generator. Exclusive brass steam jets produce high-velocity convection steam without fans, and an automatic Water Jet blowdown keeps the drain clear.
