The Browne 2 qt Thermalloy Deep Sauce Pan has a heavy-duty construction, with 14-gauge stainless steel. Perfect for commercial applications, the 2-tone exterior (satin with mirror band) gives this pot an attractive and sleek design. It evenly distributes heat across the bottom for optimal performance.
The pans hollow handle includes "Stay Cool" which ensures the chef won't burn their hand while using. The handle is bonded with rivets for added durability.
