Ideal for baking and cooling, the Browne 17" x 25" Rectangular Footed Bun Pan Rib Grate is made of nickel-plated wire. It's designed to elevate food above bun pans to increase air circulation for heating and cooling.
Because of the line/grate design, it's not as sturdy as traditional grates, so it's used for lighter ingredients such as cookies and pastries.
Oven safe to 400°F. Handwashing recommended.
