Ideal for peeling and paring ingredients, the Kasumi Damascus 3" Paring Knife is constructed with a VG-10 super high carbon stainless steel blade for exceptional durability. Blade has 16 layers and an edge angle of 15°.

The full tang knife is fully riveted to the handle for increased strength. It's recommended to wash by hand and this knife is perfect for commercial kitchens and domestic kitchens.
