Hobart | Centerline Edge Series Meat Slicer, 13", 1/2 HP

Slice hard or soft foods with the Hobart 13" Centerline Edge Series Meat Slicer. Made with a one-speed 1/2 HP motor, the knife motor is totally enclosed and has permanently lubricated ball bearings. The chrome-plated carbon steel knife and poly-v drive system offer excellent slicing results. 

Made with an anodized aluminum base, the sanitary base helps protect against bacteria growth. It also is made with an anodized aluminum carriage, gauge plate and knife cover. This commercial slicer has a removable ceramic stone to sharpen and hone the blade quickly. It also eases cleaning.

The 13" blade can handle food up to 9.5" wide and 7" high (or 8.5" diameter). It has a slice thickness of 9/16" and a simple START/STOP button. 

Designed for 2-4 hours of slicing daily.
