Zwilling's 8" TWIN Master Butcher Knife is made with an ice-hardened NO STAIN stainless steel blade that is fastened to a non-slip resin yellow handle with enclosed tang for a well-made structure. 

The butcher knife is used to cut large cuts of meat and to separate bones, fat and sinew. Knife is dishwasher safe but recommended to be washed by hand.
