What's in this collection

  • Compact dual-zone wine cellars (24 and 41 bottles): for a bar back, host stand or private dining room. Available in black, white or grey glass and stainless finishes to suit the room.
  • Large-capacity wine cellars (133 and 250 bottles): dual-zone units for a by-the-bottle list or a restaurant wine program with reds and whites in one footprint.
  • Bottle and beverage coolers: the dual-zone V-067WBVC and the 148-can V-148BVC beverage centre handle wine alongside beer, sparkling water and canned drinks.
  • Built-in wine dispenser: the Cavavin Vinoa F-30SS lets you serve by the glass straight from the unit.

What to consider when choosing a wine refrigerator

  • Bottle capacity: count the bottles you hold for service plus your back-up stock. Capacities are usually based on standard 750 mL Bordeaux bottles, so wider Burgundy or sparkling bottles take more room.
  • Dual-zone control: two zones let you hold whites and sparkling cooler and reds a little warmer in the same unit. Every Vinoa cellar in this range is dual-zone.
  • Location and installation: decide between freestanding and built-in placement and check ventilation clearances before ordering, especially for units going under a bar top or into millwork.
  • Front-of-house look: glass doors and finish matter when the unit is guest-facing. Match the finish to your bar or dining room.
  • Wine vs beverages: a wine cellar holds steady, moderate temperatures for wine. For beer and soft drinks at colder serving temperatures, look at a beverage centre or a back bar refrigerator.

Frequently asked questions about wine refrigerators

What temperature should a wine refrigerator be set to?

As a general guide, sparkling and light whites are served around 6–8°C, fuller whites around 10–12°C and reds around 14–18°C. A dual-zone unit lets you hold two of these ranges at once.

Can I use a regular commercial refrigerator for wine?

Standard reach-ins run around 1–4°C, which is too cold for serving most wine and fine for whites only in the short term. A wine refrigerator holds warmer, more stable temperatures.

Are these units suitable for a bar or restaurant?

Yes. Compact 24- and 41-bottle units suit a bar back or host stand, while the 133- and 250-bottle units support a larger wine list. Check each product page for dimensions and installation details.
