The Zwilling Pro 2 Piece Slicing Knife and Carving Fork Set is one of the most user-friendly knives on the market with a unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster. This curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip with the thumb and index finger on the blade for safe cutting.

Knives blade can be sharped from bolster to tip and is ice-hardened from a single piece of NO STAIN stainless steel. The precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensure an ideal cutting angle. Full tang and handle are fastened with 3 rivets for excellent stability. Dishwasher safe but is recommended to wash by hand.

Set includes an 8" Slicing and 7" Carving Knife.
