The Vollrath 23.5 qt Wear-Ever Roasting Pan Top with Riveted Loop Handles are constructed of heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum and have beadless rims for simple cleaning. This pan top provides open roasting and heats evenly and effectively.
Loop handles offer durability and a comfortable grip. It's recommended to reduce the oven temperature by 25°F to reduce energy costs.
Pair with the compatible roaster bottom, sold separately.
