This electric slicer has a built-in sharpener that maintains blade quality and features a permanent blade rim guard for increased safety. The slicer has a cutting capacity of 8-3/8" x 6-7/8" and slices a variety of meat with a maximum thickness of 1/2".

The 25° gravity feed guarantees easy operation and prevents operator fatigue and has an easy-to-carry handle to make this slicer transportable.
