The riveted handle provides additional strength while the stainless steel construction is strong and reliable. It has a 3 ply base with an aluminum core for excellent heat conductivity. This fry pan is suitable for electric, gas, ceramic, halogen and induction cooking. Plus, the frying pan is oven safe up to 400°F.
