The Robot Coupe Essential Series Slicing Disc cuts very thin, even slices of cucumber, onion, cabbage and mushrooms for salads, slaws and garnishes. Restaurants, cafés and caterers use it to prep fine slices in volume.
- Cuts 3/64" (1 mm) slices on a 6 7/8" (175 mm) stainless steel disc that Robot Coupe rates as easy to clean in the dishwasher.
- Fits Essential-series processors: CL 40, R 101 P, R 101 P Plus, the R 2 and R 2 Dice ranges, the R 301 range, R 401 and R 402.
