The Robot Coupe MMP190VV Immersion Blender is a compact stick blender for soups, purées, sauces and emulsions made directly in the pot. It suits restaurants, cafés, bakeries and care-home kitchens blending small to medium batches without a transfer to a countertop blender.

• 8" (203 mm) shaft, bell and blade, sized for pans up to 8.5 qt (8 L), with variable speed from 2,000 to 12,500 rpm.
• 270 W motor; the foot, bell, motor cover and attachments are all stainless steel, and the unit is ETL Sanitation listed.
• The blade, bell and shaft tube all detach using Robot Coupe's patented system for thorough cleaning between batches.
• Accepts Robot Coupe's optional whisk attachment, sold separately.
