This Rabco 20" Wok is designed with high quality carbon steel construction to tolerate high temperatures and ensure rapid, even heast distribution. Featuring a classic deep basin design that is perfect for stir-frying, searing and sautéeing, this classic wok will naturally develop a seasoned surface through regular use, enhancing its non-stick performance and improving flavours over time. It also features two robust riveted loop handles for excellent stability and reinforced support when lifting or tossing ingredients.
