This knife is great for our food factory. The handle is rubbery and gives an excellent grip even if your hand is damp. We also bought a holder to keep the blade sharp and like that there is no felt inside which wouldn't hold up to constant sanitizing.

Excellent value for a very functional knife. Seems to be the equivalent to the Victorinox 8 inch knife at half the price. Thank you.
