Made of bamboo, the Joyce Chen 9" Rice Paddle is made with renewable resources for environmentally conscious chefs. It has a burnished finish that's stylish and resists heat and moisture. 

The curved bowl scrapes every crumb in the bowl or wok. It will not scratch or damage nonstick or seasoned surfaces and is an excellent tool to use for serving freshly cooked rice, pat an even layer for sushi making or for mixing and serving. Recommended to wash by hand.
