The perfect addition to any kitchen, the Joyce Chen 11.5" Professional Series Stir Fry Pan has a flat bottom and sloped sides for excellent cooking versatility. It can handle high-temperature cooking and features a 2.5mm gauge cast iron construction that's lighter and more maneuverable than standard cast iron pans.

This pan is pre-seasoned, allowing immediate use out of the box. It has a riveted maple handle that's removable for easy transfer to the oven and offers a comfortable grip and support when lifting and pouring the wok. Recommended to hand wash.
