John Boos Reversible Cutting Board, 1 1/2" Thick, Edge Grain Maple 18" x 12"
i have several John Boos boards I’ve got over the years (from small 5x10x1” to 18x18x2.25”) and this one is overall good so far. I took a star off because there’s some part of the perimeter of the board which was not radiused on the edge (about 1/4 of one of the 18” sides), so it feels more like a 90° corner. I’ll probably sand this myself to fix it, then wash & re-oil. This is not a chefequipment.com issue and is a John Boos issue

John Boos Reversible Cutting Board, 1 1/2" Thick, Edge Grain Maple 24" x 18"
Absolutely love this cutting board! Have been applying mineral oil more frequently at the start to make sure it’s well sealed and hydrated for use. Really nice to have a large board for food prep that’s solid and beautiful!
