The Hoshizaki KM-231BAJ Air Cooled Undercounter Crescent Cuber Icemaker produces up to 213 lb of ice and has a built-in storage capacity of 80 lb. It has a durable stainless steel exterior and evaporator for improved durability.

The commercial ice maker has a removable air filter for convenience while the font-in,front-out design eases maintenance. Additionally, the unit includes the EverCheck alert system which produces an audible sound when maintenance is needed. H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial adds protection to the ice scoop. Plus, this unit includes an ice scoop for sanitary serving.

Made with an R-404A refrigerant for a reliable performance. It has a CycleSaver design that improves cleaning and increases energy efficiency.
