The Garland G-Series Gas Restaurant Range (24" wide, 4 open-top burners, space-saver oven) is built for commercial kitchens. Garland Starfire-Pro 30,000 BTU cast-iron open burners and a 28,000 BTU cast-iron oven burner deliver fast, even heat across a 27" deep cooktop. The oven loads full-size sheet pans in either direction.
