The Frymaster ESG35T ENERGY STAR Value Gas Fryer (35 lb high-efficiency gas fryer, 70,000 BTU) is built for commercial kitchens. The Frymaster ESG35T is an ENERGY STAR value gas fryer that needs just 70,000 BTU/hr - about a third less than comparable models - while a 35-lb frypot delivers the cooking capacity of a 45-lb unit, saving roughly 10 lb of oil per fill. Proprietary 6-inch heating tubes cut flue heat loss for high efficiency.
