The Fat Daddio's Hemisphere Silicone Mold shapes small domes for petit fours, chocolate shells, mousse and panna cotta. Pastry shops, hotels and caterers use it for bite-size desserts and plated garnishes.
- 8 cavities, each 1.97" across and 0.98" deep, holding 1 oz (30 ml).
- Flexible food-grade silicone releases with little or no greasing and is rated from -40°F to 550°F (-40°C to 288°C); support it on a sheet pan when filled.
- Hand washing with hot, soapy water is recommended, though it is dishwasher safe; dry flat or hanging.
