The Fat Daddio's Baba Silicone Mold bakes rum babas, savarins and small brioche, and also sets panna cotta and mousse. Bakeries, restaurants and pastry shops use it for individual desserts with tall, even sides.
- 8 cavities, each 2.17" across and 2.36" tall, holding 3.1 oz (92 ml).
- Food-grade silicone rated from -40°F to 550°F (-40°C to 288°C), so the same mould goes from freezer to oven; set it on a sheet pan to move it in and out.
