The Fat Daddio's Round Cake Pan bakes celebration layer cakes, cheesecakes and focaccia, with straight sides and a solid bottom for extra-tall single-layer cakes. Bakeries, cafés and catering kitchens use it where an even rise and a clean release matter.
- 6" x 4" interior with a 7" outside diameter.
- 16-gauge anodized aluminum heats evenly and cools quickly once out of the oven to prevent overbaking; it is safe with acidic ingredients.
- Oven safe to 550°F (288°C) and freezer safe for chilled and frozen desserts; hand washing is recommended.
