The Fat Daddio's Standard Muffin and Cupcake Pan, 12 Cup bakes full-size muffins and cupcakes for cafés, bakeries and breakfast service. Caterers and institutional kitchens also use it for portioned egg bites, mini meatloaves and Yorkshire puddings.
- Each cup measures 2 7/8" across the top, 2" at the base and 1 3/8" deep, holding about 3.3 oz (98 ml).
- Non-reactive surface suits citrus, berry and other acidic batters; the rolled rim resists warping up to 550°F (288°C).
- 15.75" x 11.13" overall, sized to fit standard ovens and cooling racks.
- Hand washing is recommended to keep the finish looking its best; dishwasher detergents can discolour anodized aluminum.
