The Fat Daddio's Hemisphere Pan, 8" x 4" bakes dome-shaped cakes for sculpted, ball and character designs, and moulds bombes, frozen desserts and gelatin. Bakeries, pastry shops and caterers use it for celebration and custom cake orders.

• Seamless interior and rolled rim give a smooth dome with no joint lines to carve away.
• At this size, a heating core rod (sold separately) helps the centre bake through; rest the pan on a cake ring or small pan to keep it level in the oven.
• Freezer safe and rated to 550°F (288°C); non-reactive with acidic ingredients.
• Hand washing is recommended to keep the finish looking its best; dishwasher detergents can discolour anodized aluminum.
