The Fat Daddio's Angel Food Pan, 10" x 4 1/4" bakes tall angel food, chiffon and sponge cakes with a centre tube that sends heat through the middle of the batter. Bakeries, restaurants and caterers use it for cakes served by the slice or finished with fruit and cream.

• Holds 16 cups (3.8 L) with an outside size of 10.5" x 5".
• Seamless, solid-bottom construction keeps thin batters from leaking; don't grease it for angel food or chiffon, as the batter needs to cling to rise. Line the bottom with parchment instead.
• Rated to 550°F (288°C) and non-reactive with acidic ingredients.
• Hand washing is recommended to keep the finish looking its best; dishwasher detergents can discolour anodized aluminum.
