The Eurodib HF130 Manual Hamburger Press forms 5" round patties for larger-format burgers on restaurant, pub and diner menus. The lever-operated design needs no power, suiting caterers and kitchens that form patties fresh during prep and want every portion the same size for even cooking.

• Stainless steel mould on an anodized aluminum alloy body, with a rubber grip handle; the compact, rounded frame fits on a crowded prep counter.
• A built-in holder keeps HF130P wax paper sheets (sold separately) within reach, and raising the lever lifts the formed patty out of the mould for clean removal.
• Patty thickness is set by how much meat goes into the mould, so kitchens can adjust portions without changing equipment.
• Needs a solid, stable, non-slip surface with 12" (30 cm) clearance from side and back walls; Eurodib recommends cleaning with denatured alcohol, then a damp cloth.
