Eurodib Manual Hamburger Press, 4" - HF100

The Eurodib HF100 Manual Hamburger Press forms 4" round patties with a hand-operated lever, giving burger restaurants, diners, pubs and caterers consistent portions without powered equipment. Same-size patties cook at the same rate on the grill, keeping cook times and doneness predictable during busy service.

• Stainless steel mould on an anodized aluminum alloy body, with a rubber grip handle for repeated pressing.
• A built-in holder keeps HF100P wax paper sheets (sold separately) within reach, and raising the lever lifts the formed patty out of the mould for clean removal.
• Patty thickness is set by how much meat goes into the mould, so kitchens can adjust portions without changing equipment.
• Needs a solid, stable, non-slip surface with 12" (30 cm) clearance from side and back walls; Eurodib recommends cleaning with denatured alcohol, then a damp cloth.
