Eurodib Wax Paper Sheets for HF100 Hamburger Press, 4" (500-pack) - HF100P

The Eurodib HF100P Wax Paper Sheets are 4" round refill sheets for the Eurodib HF100 Manual Hamburger Press. Burger restaurants, diners, pubs and caterers use them to keep ground meat from sticking to the mould and to separate patties formed ahead of service, so portions come apart cleanly when it is time to cook.

• Sized to load straight into the press's built-in sheet holder, so cooks can place a sheet under and over each portion without stopping to cut paper.
• Stacking pressed patties between sheets lets kitchens prep in batches and hold portions in refrigerated or frozen storage until service.
• At two sheets per patty, each pack covers about 250 patties, which helps when planning reorders around weekly burger volume.
