The Comark KM14 Waterproof Dishwasher Thermometer records the peak temperature reached during a commercial dishwasher cycle, so staff can confirm final rinse sanitizing temperatures for food safety logs. It also works as a probe thermometer for cooking and holding checks in restaurants, cafeterias and care homes.

• Reads -4°F to 400°F (-20°C to 200°C) to ±2°F (±1°C), with 0.1° resolution and a response time under 6 seconds.
• Max hold captures the highest temperature in the cycle; min/max and data hold are also included.
• Waterproof to 3 ft for 30 minutes, with BioCote antimicrobial protection on the case and probe handle.
• 5" stainless steel probe can be recalibrated in an ice bath.
