The Browne 8 qt Thermalloy Brazier is constructed with stainless steel and a clad aluminum disk base to provide durability and even heat distribution. It cleans easily for added convenience and will not react with acidic foods.
Its "Stay cool" hollow cast handle offers comfortable gripping while the rivets keep the handle securely attached. Can be used on ceramic, gas, electric, halogen and induction cooking surfaces.
