The Browne Heavy Duty Bun Pan Rack Cover is the perfect tool for eliminating moisture and vapours from contaminating food, allowing a prolonged shelf life. It has a PVC coating over the polyester reinforcing scrim. 

The sheet pan rack cover has a white appearance while the clear 6.5" x 5" window provides a great view. It includes a hanging strap on the top seam while the cover is resistant to cracking up to temperatures of -40ºF. Perfect for end load bun pan racks.
