Serve delicious french fries, chicken, seafood and more with the Vollrath 15 lb Electric Countertop Deep Fryer. The fully-welded oil tank with a safety interlocked drainage valve for easy drainage and cleaning.

It's thermostatically controlled up to 375°F and features an automatic thermal overload shutoff at 500°F for improved safety. This countertop deep fryer includes a magnetic switch that cuts power when the element box is removed while the three-position fryer head simplifies cleaning and pan removal.

Power on indicator light keeps the operator informed on when the oil is ready while the nonskid rubber feet provide stability. The cold zone helps keep oil fresh for longer.

Includes one small night cover and two small baskets.
