The Fat Daddio's ProSeries Cake and Pastry Ring is a bottomless ring for cutting rounds of dough and cookies and for griddle work such as egg rings, pancakes and English muffins. Restaurants, cafés and breakfast kitchens use it for uniform rounds with clean edges.

• 2" diameter x 1" high, sized for thin layers, griddle rounds and cut dough.
• Rigid 18-gauge (1 mm) stainless steel with a hand-welded seam and mirror finish holds its round shape through daily use.
