Energy efficient, easy to clean and safe to use, the heavy duty CI3500 Induction cooker will facilitate your way of cooking as much as it will accommodate your kitchen space. Its large 10" burner can accommodate most commonly used sized pans while the built-in auto shut-off will power down the unit if no cookware is present or if the incorrect type of cookware is used. Cookware must be made of a magnetic-based material, such as cast iron or magnetic stainless steel. Aluminum, copper or glass, including Pyrex without magnetic cores will not work.
