Torngat Shelving is a no-tool, adjustable storage system designed by Russell Hendrix to maximize space in any back-of-house area. Shelves lock to the post at 1-inch intervals with snap collars, so you can raise or lower a level without taking the whole unit apart. With a full run of depths, widths and post heights, plus options like casters, shelf covers, bins and track systems, Torngat can be tailored to walk-ins, dry storage, or dish areas.

Torngat shelving is built to grow with your storage plan. Units can be started with four posts and a few shelves, then expanded later with add-on sections that share a post to save space. Shelf edges accept dividers, label holders, and pan rails so you can segment SKUs or identify product clearly for staff. The open underside makes it easy to sweep and mop below the rack, which helps keep HACCP areas tidy. Because it uses common foodservice depths and lengths, Torngat can be mixed into existing storage rooms without a full redesign.
