With no natural gas flowing into the space, Cameron’s vision was to create all of his menu items on a wood-fired grill. When the city threatened to not move forward with their permit to operate a wood fired grill, Russell Hendrix’s dedicated Project Manager on this project, Jabir Noormohamed, stepped in to help navigate through the myriad of city building permits, to ensure Cameron could fulfill his vision with a smooth journey from the planning stage to the grand opening.
