Using these to make bread and mix dough. Ken Forkish (Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast) recommends the transparent ones that are more expensive and contain BPAs. These translucent ones work great and have easy weight to remember to calculate ingredients

I bought a set of 1 qt containers. It’s the smallest one but a very useful and versatile size. I used it for keeping my sourdough pizza dough and bread dough overnight in the fridge
