It has a wedged-shaped blade with a higher tip to improve rocking/chopping motion. Additionally, the blade is ice-hardened to retain sharpness while the precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge provide the ideal cutting angle for sharpness and durability.

The curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip. This offers safe cutting and prevents fatigue for long-lasting use. The full tang and triple-riveted handle provide superb stability and delivers years of service.

Dishwasher safe but recommended to wash the knife by hand.
