Fat Daddio's ProSeries Cake and Pastry Ring, 2" High, Stainless Steel 3"
I cooked dinner for the whole family on 24th December and used the rings to assemble my salmon on a bed of fennel (on the left in the photo)! It turned out great! Everyone was impressed! The rings are advertised as a baking accessory but they work great for a main course!!
