It maintains cabinet temperatures of 32°F to 41°F and features a full length removable cutting board. The refrigeration system is environmentally friendly and features a capillary tube metering device, an air-cooled hermetic compressor and an easy-to-clean rear-facing condenser.

Includes 4 casters (2 locking) to effortlessly move the salad prep table refrigerator and lock it in place. The interior features 2 epoxy coated shelves that have a weight capacity of 150 lb. It can fit eight 1/6-sized food pans. The non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation increases the strength and efficiency of the unit.
