The Moyer Diebel MD2000 Upright Door-Type High Temperature Dishwasher is ideal for your restaurant, hotel, cafe or buffet. It has a built-in booster configured for a 40° and 70° rise and features built-in diagnostics. The commercial dishwasher includes a door safety switch for improved safety while the rinse sentry ensures that the dishwasher reaches a final rinse temperature of 180°F.

Capable of being installed in corners or straight-through operations, this commercial high-temperature dishwasher is extremely versatile. It's designed with interchangeable stainless steel upper/lower wash rinse arms and has a door-activated start for a quick operation with no buttons needed to start the machine.

The professional temperature has an automatic drain valve that drains the water quickly while the vent fan control keeps the motor cool to operate the dishwasher through busy services. It's designed with a detergent chemical connection and can wash 55 racks per hour for 60-second cycles.

Includes two 20" x 20" racks (one peg and one flat).
