The Carlisle Sparta Meteor 2" Nylon Bristle Basting Brush helps create golden pastries. It's designed with nylon bristles that provide excellent fluid retention for superior coating and are epoxy-set to prevent bacteria from accumulating and spreading.

This food basting brush is made with a molded-on hook that protects the heat from damage and allows the hook to rest on the rim of containers. The basting brush withstands heat up to 350°F to thrive in commercial kitchens.

The plastic handle offers simple cleaning and provides a comfortable grip. The pastry brush features a hole at the top of the handle for space-efficient hanging storage. Recommended to hand wash only.
