Cambro's Camwear 1/6 Size Food Pan, also called an insert pan, has a consistent 1/2" lip for a perfect fit in prep tables and food bars but can also be used to store, transport and serve.  When not in use, these pans stack neatly without wedging or sticking together.

In the pans, the rounded corners, nonstick interior and textured bottom work together to ensure that all of your food is easily spooned from the pans (without leaving scratches) reducing food waste and maximizing yields.  They can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 210°F and are commercial dishwasher safe.
